The appointment includes a comprehensive wellness assessment, an individualized treatment plan, followed by an acupuncture treatment. The treatment may incorporate some supporting therapies in addition to Acupuncture (Fire Cupping, Gua Sha, Acupressure/Tui Na massage, Ear Seeds, Moxibustion). Please allocate 75 to 90 minutes for your appointment. Initial Consultation and Acupuncture Treatment

Acupuncture excels in both managing a health condition and in providing preventive care. 
The session includes acupuncture and bodywork. 

Different supporting therapies may be included in the treatment (Acupuncture, Cupping, Gua Sha, Acupressure/Tui Na massage, Ear seeds, Moxabustion). Each treatment includes a custom treatment plan and protocol tailored to your specific needs, with some recommendations for lifestyle and dietary adjustments when applicable. The session concludes with a brief sound experience designed to restore inner harmony. 

Acupuncture and Bodywork Follow Up

Experience the transformative benefits of acupuncture. The primary focus of the treatment is acupuncture, without the supporting therapies. Heat therapy is included, if applicable.

Acupuncture Follow Up

This healing session is a customized 90 minute session with additional time for bodywork. 

Different therapies may be included in the treatment (Acupuncture, Cupping, Gua Sha, Acupressure/Tui Na massage, Ear seeds, Moxabustion). Each treatment includes a custom treatment plan and protocol tailored to your specific needs, with some recommendations for lifestyle and dietary adjustments when applicable. The session concludes with a brief sound therapy experience designed to restore inner harmony. 

Extended Acupuncture and Bodywork Follow-up

This is a comprehensive and deeply restorative 90-minute experience. Treatment includes a health intake and skin assessment, facial acupuncture and body balancing acupuncture, scalp, neck, shoulders, décolleté massage, and facial massage with acupressure points, Gua Sha and Cupping. Treatment involves a double cleanse, exfoliation, and botanical skincare massaged, misted and moisturized into the skin—enriched with essential oils and the use of natural gemstones. The session concludes with a brief sound therapy experience designed to restore inner harmony. 

Facial Rejuvination Acupuncture is a whole-body healthcare approach that addresses skin concerns and contributes to overall health and wellness. Acupuncture is a non-toxic alternative to more invasive cosmetic procedures, and involves the insertion of fine needles into specific points on the face, neck and body to:
  • Improve skin health, complexion
  • Reduce and/or prevent fine lines, wrinkles
  • Enhance collagen, elastin production
 ​ • Increase facial muscle tone, firmness, sagging skin
 ​ • Minimize puffiness, dark circles around the eye
  • Treat skin conditions—acne, eczema, rosacea, and more

A course of approximately 8 to 12 regular, frequent sessions is recommended. Each person responds differently to treatment, and the duration of results may vary depending on individual factors, skin health and lifestyle habits. ​Some may notice immediate improvements after only a few sessions, while others may require ongoing treatments. Generally, a course of approximately 8 to 12 regular sessions is recommended, with less frequent, maintenance sessions thereafter. Results can last several months to a few years.
