When you book an appointment with The Wellness Tree, that time is set aside special for you. We have this policy in place to be fair to all of our patients, out of consideration for the acupuncturist, and to support the overall sustainability of our small clinic. If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. If you provide less than 24 hours notice or are more than 15 minutes late, for any reason, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the full price of your appointment.
